Sustainability Engineer (m/ f/ d)

Your duties
  • Support and advise our customers from the initial contact through conceptual design to realization/application for the reduction of energy consumption and pollutants
  • Consider the entire life cycle and include long-term effects (such as recycling) in the calculation
  • Calculate CO2 footprints and life cycle assessments and perform analyses from individual products to the overall concept
  • Manage complex and forward-looking PLM and transformation projects and lead them to success
Your profile
  • You have a successful degree in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or a comparable course of study, or are about to do so
  • Ideally, you have already gained some knowledge in the area of CAD and PLM systems – preferably Siemens NX/Teamcenter
  • You have a high degree of flexibility, commitment and willingness to travel for projects
  • You are enthusiastic about sustainability
  • You have a fluent command of German and a good command of written and spoken English

PLM Consultant (m/ f/ d)

Your duties
  • Specifically expand your previous CAx and PLM skills
  • Consult with our team customers to illustrate their business management processes in the PLM or ERP system
  • Accompany and support our customers from initial contact through conceptualization to the realization/application of an individual solution and beyond
  • Support us in complex and forward-looking PLM and transformation projects
  • Create technical and technical specifications and offers
  • Present customer workshops
Your profile
  • You have a successful degree in business administration, (business) computer science, engineering or a comparable degree program, or are about to do so
  • You have already gained initial knowledge of CAx and PLM systems – preferably Siemens NX/Teamcenter
  • You have a high level of flexibility, commitment and project-related travel readiness
  • You have a fluent command of German and a good command of written and spoken English

Sales & Customer Success Manager (m/ f/ d)

Your duties
  • Acquire new customers through targeted identification and outreach
  • Proactively respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Take responsibility for consistent and effective communication of company messages and values
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and strategic planning sessions
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to increase awareness of our solutions and highlight uniqueness
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to make continuous improvements
Your profile
  • You possess a successful degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field of study
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing, ideally in the B2B software or service industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proactive approach and initiative in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to develop creative approaches to solving marketing challenges
  • Understanding of material compliance and regulatory requirements is advantageous
  • Sales means closeness to customers for us. You possess a high degree of flexibility, a lot of commitment, and willingness to travel for project-related purposes
  • You have fluent German skills and good written and spoken English skills
